  1. Flit, that's a spectacular sequence.

Care to talk a little about your process, etc?

  2. Hey Bill, Sure. I work intuitively and find it difficult to express myself concretely, but I will make an attempt. The influence is experimental film. Its visual rhymes and rhythms. How it draws your attention to its structure, but at the same time becomes hypnotic and or jarring. I started with an idea of metadata: SMPTE time code, color framing, NTSC, grids, LCD calibration, but also brain waves, the retina and neural impulse. On a personal level, I go into these none verbal mental states of just color, light, sound and physical sensation. I do not respond to other people unless they approach me in a sensual or violent way. It is not an unpleasant state and more of an aggravation to others who try to fix it with medication or therapy.... So issues of control arrive in the sequence and its approach to structure, I think?
